Results of the Art Competition (Grades III–VIII)

Held on Friday, 13th February 2026

On Friday, the 13th of February 2026, our institution was suffused with a rare and resplendent vitality as pupils from Grades III to VIII assembled to participate in the much-anticipated Art Competition. What unfolded was not merely a contest of technical aptitude, but a veritable celebration of imagination, discipline, and aesthetic sensibility.

The event was conducted under the meticulous supervision of Coordinators Ms Mintu and Mr Pradeep, whose unwavering diligence ensured that the proceedings were executed with admirable precision and decorum. They were ably supported by other members of staff who, though not involved in the webcast, contributed steadfastly behind the scenes. Special commendation is due to Mr Sunny Patel, Head of Faculty (Hobbies & Sports), whose organisational acumen and enthusiasm lent the occasion its distinguished character. Collectively, they orchestrated an event of exemplary refinement and fairness.

Classes III to V: Budding Virtuosi

The junior cohort astonished the adjudicators with compositions that evinced both spontaneity and surprising technical maturity. Their canvases shimmered with chromatic exuberance, delicate line-work, and themes reflective of a burgeoning yet perceptive sensibility.

Each artwork bore testimony to the pupils’ innate creativity—whether through pastoral idylls, abstract explorations, or scenes drawn from quotidian life, rendered with charming sincerity.

Classes VI to VIII: Emerging Aesthetes

The senior division presented works of remarkable sophistication. Here, one discerned not only imaginative prowess but also an evolving comprehension of proportion, perspective, and thematic cohesion. Their submissions displayed a confident interplay of texture, tonal gradation, and conceptual depth.

Prize Recipients:

  • First Prize – Jiya (Class VI A)

  • First Prize – Divesh (Class VII B)

The judges were particularly struck by the contemplative gravitas and stylistic experimentation evident in this category, signalling the advent of truly promising artistic voices.

A Testament to Creative Excellence

Beyond the accolades and distinctions, the competition underscored a more profound truth: that art within our scholastic community is not a peripheral indulgence but an integral conduit for intellectual and emotional expression. It fosters patience, discernment, and a cultivated eye—virtues as indispensable as any academic attainment.

As the pigments dried and the easels were dismantled, what remained was a lingering impression of collective endeavour and youthful brilliance. The Art Competition of 2026 shall long be remembered as a luminous chapter in our cultural calendar—an affirmation that within these halls, creativity does not merely exist; it flourishes.
