Nursery to Class IX

Pre-Nursery, 3+ years of age as on 1 April of the year in which admission is sought. A student who is seeking admission to the school is registered only after the completed registration form is submitted to the school. (It can be downloaded from the school website).

Documents required at the time of Registration:

• Copy of the Birth Certificate.
• Passport size photograph of the child.
• Copy of the marksheet of the previously attended school.
• Copy of an eligibility certificate for eg. OBC/SC/ST if applicable.
• Copy of the Aadhar Card of the student seeking admission.
• The transfer certificate from the previous school is mandatory.

Class XI:

Admission to Class XI is in accordance with the guidelines and norms laid by CBSE.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CHILDREN UNDER RTE

• 25% of the total seats reserved under RTE category for children belonging to:
  • Economically Weaker Section
  • Disadvantaged Groups
• Admission will be granted on the basis of draws.
• After declaration of admission, the parents/guardians will be issued an admission form, which is to be submitted for final admission (along with the required documents and two passport-sized photographs of the students) in the school office before the last date. Failing submission of the form will be treated as a vacant seat and it shall be allotted to the next eligible candidate.
• Name and date of birth as recorded in the Nagar Nigam Certificate will be considered final.

Following documents are to be submitted along with the fully filled Registration Form:

• Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Nagar Nigam
• Copy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if applicable
• Copy of Medical certificate from Chief Medical Officer of person with disability, if applicable
• Applicant must submit his/her own Income Declaration Certificate in the Prescribed Performa
• BPL Card Holder must submit an attested copy of BPL Card

Code of Conduct

• Students should wear the prescribed school uniform.
• Students must carry their ID card and diary to school every day.
• Yearly fixture is issued to every student at the beginning of the session. Parents must refer to it for information relating to functions, holidays, PTM meetings, and the schedule for unit tests and examinations.
• Students are not permitted to be in possession of or using a mobile phone, iPad, or any device within the school premises.
• Students must get their parents' signature and reason for being absent on the relevant page in the school diary when they return to school after any period of absence. Leave should, as far as possible, be applied for in advance.
• No leave will be sanctioned during examinations.
• No student is permitted to come to school on a Two-Wheeler unless he/she holds a valid driving license and a consent letter from the parents. Such students and the pillion rider shall be required to wear helmets. Under no circumstances should they allow any other student to drive their vehicle.
• The student will be liable for any damages/charges on account of injuries, fatal or otherwise, which may be sustained by the student at any time, while taking part in sports/games or any other form of activity within or outside the school premises.
• Students must maintain decent behavior and school decorum. They must be punctual.
• In case of misconduct or misbehavior by a student, a warning will be issued. If the student repeats the same, he/she may be rusticated from the school. The decision of the school authority will be final in this case.
• All correspondence must bear the student's name, class, and section.
• Parents must inform the school authority in writing about changes in their address and telephone numbers.
• The school authority reserves the right to alter, amend, add, or cancel any of the rules or the fee structure at any time, which will be binding on parents/guardians. The parents will, however, be intimated of all such changes in advance.
